TAR is seeking a senior generalist for a Special Projects role, based in Austin or San Francisco, to tackle unstructured, broad-scope problems directly with the founders. This role is critical for achieving the company's mission of deploying 5 GW of off-grid solar and storage campuses by 2028. The successful candidate will own projects from vague goals to structured recommendations and execution, covering strategic finance, acquisitions, and evaluating alternative generation and monetization strategies. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in demanding, analytical roles, a strong track record from an elite seat, and exceptional financial modeling and transaction judgment.
