Valar Atomics is seeking a Lead OT Engineer for Fuel to own the SCADA/OT function for their high-temperature gas-cooled small modular reactors. This role involves building and leading the fuel labs OT team while providing hands-on technical authority for design, safety, and regulatory strategy. The successful candidate will manage industrial networking, compute, storage, cybersecurity, and data systems, working across multiple engineering and operations teams. We are looking for a leader with strong industrial control infrastructure experience, capable of scaling a technical team and making practical engineering decisions in a fast-paced, first-of-a-kind environment.
