Bluefish is seeking its first Director of HR, a seasoned and people-first leader to build and own the full people function as the company scales. This hybrid role in New York requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable developing long-term HR strategy while also executing day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a high-growth SaaS or startup environment. You will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive people strategy covering talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance, all while championing an inclusive company culture.
