Fireworks is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Evals & Post-Training Product, to define how developers improve models on their generative AI infrastructure. This role involves building products and workflows that connect evaluation and post-training into a continuous loop, working across the full stack from APIs to user-facing web apps. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of software engineering experience, hands-on experience with LLM evaluations and/or post-training methods, and a user-centric mindset. You will be instrumental in scaling evaluation tooling, owning fine-tuning product experiences, and partnering with customers to convert bespoke workflows into productized solutions.
