Code Metal is seeking a Director of Growth for the Intelligence Community to lead and execute their Go-to-Market strategy in Washington D.C. This role requires a deep understanding of the Fort Meade and cryptographic ecosystem, focusing on identifying problems Code Metal can solve and navigating the USG engagement process from introduction to contract expansion. The ideal candidate will have relevant IC experience, a proven track record in business expansion within the government/defense tech sectors, and an active TS or higher security clearance. This position blends strategy, capture, relationship-building, and problem-solving to align Code Metal's product with critical IC needs.
