Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, large-scale technical programs, either externally with key customers or internally for the Firmus AI Cloud. This role involves translating ambiguity into structured plans, managing technical dependencies, and aligning stakeholders from working teams to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of TPM experience, including 4+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, and strong technical fluency across the AI/ML stack. They will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, making technical trade-off decisions, and orchestrating efforts across engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions.
