Gong is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting to lead complex accounting initiatives and strengthen their financial reporting infrastructure. This role requires a technically strong accounting leader with 12+ years of experience, including significant exposure to high-growth technology or SaaS environments, and an active CPA license. The successful candidate will serve as the company's subject matter expert on technical accounting matters, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, and will partner cross-functionally to assess accounting implications of strategic transactions. This individual will also be responsible for scaling and optimizing technical accounting processes to support Gong's continued growth and operational maturity.
