Unconventional AI is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager, Accounting & FP&A, to own the entire accounting and financial planning stack. This generalist role involves managing financial operations, audits, tax, budgeting, and forecasting, often within the same week. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in accounting and FP&A, preferably in a startup environment, with strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP proficiency. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the finance function for an AI-first generational company, working directly with the CFO and CEO.
