Poolside is seeking a Member of Engineering (Infrastructure) to design and implement critical build, CI/CD, and tooling infrastructure. This role focuses on enhancing developer experience, ensuring fast and reproducible builds, and a coherent Python ecosystem for researchers and engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Bazel, Buildkite, Python, Go, Kubernetes, and AWS, and will leverage automation to maximize impact across the company. You will join a distributed team, sharing ownership and contributing to incident response, all while working towards Poolside's mission of accelerating AGI through intelligence systems for software development.
