TEKEVER is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead day-to-day quality management and assurance at their Swindon manufacturing operation. This role involves establishing robust, controlled manufacturing processes that meet AS9100 requirements and ensuring the safe, repeatable delivery of conforming products. The ideal candidate will have strong quality management experience in aerospace or defense, practical knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001, and a proven ability to drive continual improvement through methods like Kaizen and Lean. You will work closely with various teams to translate requirements into effective shop-floor controls and support critical decision-making in a highly regulated environment.
