Kestra is seeking a Partnership Manager to build and scale their partner ecosystem from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO. This remote role, ideally based on the US East Coast, involves designing the partner program, signing technology and consulting partners, and driving ecosystem growth for Kestra's open-source workflow orchestration platform. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in partnerships within the open-source infrastructure or data tooling space, possessing strong technical fluency and commercial instincts. This is a unique opportunity to own a greenfield initiative within a fast-growing Series A company.
