Vestwell is seeking a Senior Specialist, Plan Design, to join their Retirement Services team. This role involves independently interpreting ERISA and other retirement plan laws to consult, amend, and maintain compliant retirement plan documents. The Senior Specialist will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with internal teams and Plan Sponsors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability of plan documentation. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in qualified/non-qualified plans, including sales support, design consultation, and document drafting, along with strong knowledge of ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations.
