Parallel is seeking a Product & Privacy Counsel to shape the legal foundation of its fast-growing AI company. This role involves partnering with Product and Engineering to provide pragmatic guidance on data collection, retention, consent, and privacy-by-design throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will own Parallel's privacy and data protection program, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI laws, while also building scalable legal tools. We are looking for a technically fluent lawyer with ~5+ years of relevant experience, a J.D., and an active U.S. bar membership, who enjoys building and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
