Unconventional is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, AI Systems, Algorithms & Models, to design and scale novel model architectures for a new, 1000x more efficient AI computing foundation. This role involves co-designing next-generation AI models, establishing scaling laws for novel hardware, and exploring multi-modal applications across image, video, and language. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern ML architectures, proficiency in PyTorch or JAX, and a strong understanding of both conventional and continuous-time architectures to help solve the fundamental energy limitations of AI.
