Valarian Technologies is seeking a Compliance Lead to own and evolve their compliance frameworks as the company grows. This high-impact, hands-on role involves managing existing frameworks like Cyber Essentials and SOC 2, leading the implementation of ISO 27001, and ensuring compliance for government and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have experience leading compliance in a small company, strong knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and a pragmatic approach to embedding security into product design. You will act as the primary point of contact for audits and work closely with leadership and product teams to align compliance with company goals.
