Obsidian Security is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to own the operating rhythm, planning processes, analytics, and systems for their Go-To-Market organization. This leader will partner with executive leadership to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate pipeline generation, and optimize seller productivity. The ideal candidate is a strategic doer with 9+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related functions, capable of translating business objectives into operational execution and driving high-stakes problems to resolution. This role is critical for providing data-driven intelligence to GTM Leadership and supporting Obsidian's rapid growth and IPO readiness.
