Code Metal is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the administration of government contracts across the full contract lifecycle. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting proposal development, contract negotiations, administration, compliance, and closeout activities for a diverse portfolio of U.S. Government contracts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of federal contracts experience, including at least 4 years as a Contracting Officer within the DoD, and a strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS. You will work cross-functionally to ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are managed, and customer relationships are supported throughout execution.
