Lightfield is seeking a Founding Account Executive to aggressively scale their direct sales motion, converting product-led traction into $20K+ deals with Series A/B startups. This pivotal role involves owning the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close, for an AI-native CRM that has seen rapid adoption. The ideal candidate will leverage existing high-intent pipeline, build targeted outbound strategies, and shape the foundational sales playbook for the company's future growth. You will report directly to the Head of GTM and play a critical role in defining the sales organization as Lightfield scales upmarket.
