Kestra is seeking a UX Engineer based in Europe to take full ownership of the UI/UX for their web application, from design to implementation. This remote role involves identifying usability issues, designing solutions, and shipping frontend code for a technical application used daily by engineers. The ideal candidate will have combined design and frontend engineering skills, experience with complex data-heavy interfaces, and proficiency in a modern frontend stack like Vue.js. You will work autonomously to improve the coherence and usability of the existing interface, define design systems, and collaborate with product and backend teams.
