This role involves educating members on benefits, resolving complex issues, and ensuring a supportive experience. The specialist will also identify recurring issues, improve internal processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall member experience. We are looking for someone with 1-4 years of customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for health tech and fin tech.
