This role involves assessing liability, evaluating medical treatment, reviewing documentation, and negotiating settlements, serving as the main point of contact for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of concentrated experience in rideshare claims adjusting, including litigation, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. You will also collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to drive process improvements. An active adjuster license and willingness to travel are required for this remote position.
