As a People Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the People Ops team in delivering accurate, compliant, and employee-centric HR services during a 3–6 month Co-op / Tamheer training program. This role involves learning core people operations processes, assisting with day-to-day HR transactions, and building practical knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government platforms. You will contribute to data integrity, process improvement, and a positive employee experience. We are looking for candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
