Sarvam is seeking a Strategic Deployment Engineer to act as a forward-deployed technical asset, owning the full lifecycle of AI system deployments for clients, including in complex and constrained environments. This role requires end-to-end ownership, from scoping to steady-state operations, and serving as the primary technical point of contact. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of software or ML engineering experience, with expertise in Python, Docker, Linux, LLM inference stacks, and a strong ability to debug and maintain reliable systems in challenging settings. Success is measured by system functionality, client trust, and creating durable capabilities, operating with significant autonomy and accountability.
