Clear Street is seeking a People Systems Director to strategically own and evolve their HR technology ecosystem, reporting to the HR COO. This role is responsible for the technical and strategic design, configuration, and operation of systems powering all people programs, including a full-lifecycle deployment of Workday HCM and Payroll.
