Obsidian Security is seeking a Head of Customer Support to revolutionize their technical support operating model. This role focuses on scaling support through systems, automation, and agentic AI, rather than linear headcount growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operationalizing AI/automation in technical support, a systems and engineering orientation, and experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably in cybersecurity. You will own the technical roadmap for the support function, designing and deploying agentic systems, building knowledge infrastructure, and defining metrics to prove the model's effectiveness.
