ICON is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager II to serve as the dedicated finance partner for its construction businesses, including government and defense work. This role involves full P&L oversight, establishing planning and review cadences, and reporting to the VP of Finance with a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate will own financial models, manage operating cadences, forecast revenue and profitability, and advise leadership on key decisions. We are looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, proven business partnering skills, and strong driver-based modeling capabilities.
