Humanoid is seeking a Software Engineer to own the device software and data pipeline for their UMI data collection devices, which are crucial for training their humanoid robots. This deeply technical, hands-on role involves developing production-grade device software, building reliable sensor fusion and recording pipelines, and creating validation tooling to ensure clean training datasets. The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded or device-level software, proficiency in C++ and/or Python, and a strong understanding of multi-modal sensor synchronization and data quality. This role offers the opportunity to work at the frontier of AI and humanoid robotics, with significant ownership and collaboration across hardware, AI, and data collection teams.
