groundcover is seeking its first US-based Technical Account Manager to redefine cloud-native observability. This role involves owning the full post-sale technical relationship with customers, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, and influencing the shaping of this new function. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role with hands-on experience in observability tooling and cloud-native infrastructure. This is an onsite role in Boston or San Francisco, 3 days a week, serving as a trusted technical advisor and championing customer needs internally.
