ICON is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their growing Titan Customer Success team in Austin, TX. This role involves owning end-to-end relationships with Titan customers, guiding them through a complex, multi-stage 3D construction printing journey from onboarding to project execution. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, proactively resolve risks, and coordinate cross-functional handoffs to ensure customer success. Additionally, this role will contribute to scaling the CS function by building processes, tools, and documentation. Candidates should have 8+ years of customer-facing experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
