Supahealth is a US Healthcare x AI startup targeting the $250B Behavioral Health Market. We believe the world is entering the greatest mental health crisis in history, yet the industry lacks the infrastructure to meet demand. Clinicians spend hours on paperwork, back-office teams waste time on insurance calls, and nearly a third of claims are rejected. The system is broken and cannot scale.

Our Mission
We want to be the engine powering mental health—making high-quality care seamlessly accessible and affordable for every human. Supahealth is building one of the first agentic platforms to autonomously run mental health practices. Using browser and voice agents, our platform handles patient intake, benefits verification, documentation, clinical support, claims filing, and financial reporting—allowing practices to treat 1.5–2x more patients.

The Role
We’re looking for our Founding Growth Hire—a creative, performance-driven builder to shape how Supahealth grows. You’ll lead content and SEO end-to-end, craft the market narrative, and experiment with distribution channels. This role combines content creation with growth strategy: from writing high-quality resources for therapists to driving traffic, rankings, and conversions, while also building Supahealth’s authority and voice in the market.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and publish SEO-driven content tailored for therapists and mental health professionals.
• Build thought leadership resources and frameworks that position Supanote (our flagship product) as the leader in AI-powered documentation.
• Track, optimize, and grow traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Explore new channels—partnerships, communities, influencers—to amplify distribution.
• Work directly with founders to shape Supahealth’s growth playbook.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in content, SEO, or growth marketing (ideally SaaS/startups).
• Ability to simplify complex healthcare/AI topics for a US audience.
• Performance-driven mindset—traffic, conversions, results.
• Bonus: healthcare or mental health background.
