This role involves managing the full-cycle recruiting strategy for Internship and New Grad programs, from sourcing to closing, and cultivating relationships with students and universities. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, a passion for campus recruiting, and the ability to attract diverse talent across various academic programs. This contract position offers an hourly rate of $70-$75 and requires commuting to the San Francisco office three times a week.
