We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Advanced Packaging team, focusing on wafer-scale assembly. In this role, you will contribute to and own aspects of the wafer-scale assembly, including interactions between the power delivery system, mechanical chassis, and heatsink. Ideal candidates will have a track record of solving challenging mechanical engineering problems and experience with high power density compute trays and multi-material assemblies. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position with locations in the SF Bay Area, Austin, or Boston.
