Swap is seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead and define the future of agentic commerce. This role involves shaping the product strategy for a broad suite of offerings, including front-end shopper experiences, shipping, returns, and inventory solutions, with a focus on AI-native and agent-powered products. The ideal candidate is a talent magnet with 8+ years in product, including 3+ years of managing PMs, and a strong track record of delivering business results from both v1 and v.next products.
