As a Mission Payload Engineer at K2 Space, you will be the primary technical interface for integrating advanced payload capabilities onto K2’s satellite bus platform for National Security Programs. This role spans the entire program lifecycle, from proposals to on-orbit operations, requiring you to define and negotiate payload interfaces and develop integration and test plans. You will work closely with various engineering disciplines and represent K2 Space in critical customer engagements. The ideal candidate possesses strong multi-disciplinary engineering skills, hands-on experience in aerospace, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with National Security customers and stakeholders.
