We’re hiring a Talent/Ecosystem/Community person to help build serious talent density and spend their days around exceptional engineers. This role partners closely with founders to sharpen recruiting, builds a network that compounds over time, and operates across recruiting, community/platform, and company building.

This is a high-energy, outward-facing role. You’ll host events, attend events, and stay deeply embedded in the SF and NYC tech ecosystems. At its core, this role is for someone who wants to be surrounded by world-class people and help founders win.
