K2 is seeking a Senior Mechanisms Engineer, Fluids & Pumps to design, manufacture, test, integrate, and deploy precision turbopumps and supporting mechanisms for active thermal control systems on their high-power spacecraft. This critical role involves owning these systems from concept through production, ensuring the active control of heat generated by high-power payloads. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in mechanical/electromechanical design, with a focus on mechanisms, pumps, or fluid systems, and will collaborate across multiple engineering teams to deliver mission-critical hardware for space.
