As a Strategic Product Manager at Forus, you will tackle the company's most critical and ambiguous product challenges, operating as a technical product generalist. This role involves building internal AI/automation products, creating new operational capabilities, and incubating new business lines, often before established teams or roadmaps exist. You will be responsible for identifying constraints, developing practical solutions, prototyping, and leading execution to achieve measurable outcomes. This demanding position offers high autonomy and responsibility, ideal for a low-ego, hungry-to-learn individual excited by intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and career progression.
