We are seeking a Laser Design Engineer to design custom lasers and integrate them with wafer-scale interposers, contributing to first- and second-generation laser designs. This role involves owning the qualification and ramp-up of VCSEL array product lines, working with vendors and contract manufacturers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of VCSEL epitaxy design, fabrication, and validation, along with hands-on experience in industry-first laser design. This is a full-time, remote position based in SF, Boston, or Austin.
