Fractile is seeking a Thermal Engineer, also known as a Thermo Mechanical Engineer, with deep experience in data center or high-density system design to lead the development of advanced cooling architectures for high-density AI accelerator systems. This role involves designing the full cooling architecture, from Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling to rack-level thermal management, and collaborating with internal and external teams and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 7 years of experience in thermal design for high-performance computing, and expertise in D2C liquid cooling and thermal modeling. You will be instrumental in guiding the build of robust, production-ready cooling solutions for cutting-edge AI hardware.
