As a Production Development Supervisor (2nd Shift) at Freeform, you will lead a team of technicians and machinists in high-volume post-processing operations for complex metal 3D printed parts. This role combines operational leadership with process innovation, requiring you to develop and scale production processes, provide mentorship, and ensure performance and collaboration. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality, safety, and reliability. We are looking for individuals with strong people leadership, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the technical depth to improve production processes, even without prior 3D printing experience.
