Thatch is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels, owning the strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role where you will define investment, testing, and measurement, partnering with various teams to transform new channels into reliable sources of pipeline. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building and scaling paid acquisition programs, with expertise in strategy, budget management, execution, and measurement across multiple channels. You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, possess strong analytical skills, and be an excellent cross-functional partner.
