Triomics is seeking an ML Model Evaluation Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and clinical integrity of their AI systems for oncology EHRs. This individual contributor role involves owning model quality, regression testing, and release validation, sitting at the intersection of applied ML, clinical data, and MLOps. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in ML engineering or evaluation, strong Python skills, and a deep understanding of ML evaluation metrics and frameworks. You will build and maintain evaluation frameworks for clinical NLP, LLM, and RAG systems, create hidden test datasets, and produce release-readiness reports to accelerate cancer research and improve patient outcomes.
