Neurophos is seeking its first permanent Physical Design / Implementation Lead to spearhead the SoC implementation process for their innovative AI hardware. This build role involves owning the end-to-end physical design, from synthesis to tapeout on leading-edge process nodes like TSMC N3, and optimizing critical flows. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and managing a multi-site physical design team, defining how digital chips are built at Neurophos alongside RTL and DV leads.
