We are seeking a Memory Subsystem Architect to own and contribute to the design of the largest and highest bandwidth memory system ever built. This role involves working on the distributed memory fabric, memory controllers, and interfaces with XPUs/compute complexes. Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge in memory subsystem design, understand LLM inference workloads, and be familiar with memory tiering. Experience with CXL or processing in memory is a plus, but not required.
