The Amity Foundation is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Career Coach to provide direct casework services to DOL Pathway Home program participants. This role involves intake, needs assessment, developing case management plans, and monitoring treatment progress for individuals marginalized by various challenges, including incarceration. The Career Coach will mentor participants, assist with job development and educational pursuits, and maintain comprehensive case records. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in social sciences or equivalent experience, particularly with justice-involved individuals, and a valid CA Driver's License.
