Temporal is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead all payroll operations, reporting to the Controller. This foundational role involves managing US payroll, establishing compliant international payroll in new subsidiaries (UK, Singapore, Canada, India, Australia), and ensuring SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of payroll experience, deep knowledge of equity compensation and US payroll tax, and experience with Rippling. This role requires a proactive individual who can build processes in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
