We are seeking a highly capable and bilingual (Hebrew/English) Operations Coordinator to manage U.S. operations from the New York/New Jersey area. This remote-first role requires weekly on-site presence in Manhattan and occasional travel. You will be the dedicated operational engine for our U.S. presence, supporting office, people, finance, customer, events, travel, marketing, logistics, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of operations experience at a global startup, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
