As a Technical Support Engineer at Port.io, you will be a key player in shaping the customer experience and product direction for their Agentic Engineering Platform. This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, advising users on best practices with technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, resolve issues end-to-end, and contribute to the product's evolution by surfacing customer feedback and improving documentation. We are looking for someone with 5+ years in Tier 3 technical support, strong cloud platform knowledge, and excellent communication skills to join our collaborative team in Sydney.
