As a Customer Success Architect (CSA) at Mixpanel, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers from pre-sales proof-of-concepts through post-sales onboarding and long-term success. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or solutions architecture, strong communication skills, and familiarity with data querying, cloud data warehouses, and product analytics implementation methods.
