Neko Health is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer to lead the 0→1 build of their internal AI developer platform. This hands-on technical leadership role involves owning the architecture, build, and rollout of systems that will shape how engineers design, ship, and operate software through AI-assisted workflows. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience, a strong background in building internal developer platforms, and expertise in agentic or AI-assisted development, with a preference for Java or C# backend depth.
